A quick trip to the supermarket to buy some bedding for the bedroom will help your bed make a home.
But it won’t do much to save your life.
“The bed is really not important,” says Paul Jaffe, a professor of emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins University and author of the new book, “Bedroom Safety for Life.”
“I think the mattress is a good idea.
But the bed is not the best choice.
If you’re not comfortable sleeping in bed you are more likely to die.”
Jaffe says a person should aim to sleep on the floor, but he doesn’t recommend a mattress that is as firm as a hardwood mattress.
It’s not that it’s a bad idea, he says.
The mattress is designed to keep you from rolling off the bed and hitting the floor.
It also keeps your head and neck warm.
“The mattress should also be made from a lightweight material,” says Jaffe.
“So that when you fall asleep it won�t cause your head to fall off.”
What is the best mattress for you?
If you have trouble sleeping at night, Jaffe says the bed can be the best option.
If your bed isn’t designed to support you, then the best way to sleep is to roll on a pillow.
That will allow you to lie down with your head on the pillow.
“That way, if you roll over and fall, you won�ts get a concussion,” says Dr. Jaffe.”So if you�re having a really bad night and you�ve rolled on the pillows, that�s going to reduce your risk of concussion,” he says, but it�s still a good way to go.
But Jaffe is not so sure that the bed should be as firm.
If it feels like your head is sticking out of your mattress, it is probably a good thing.
The reason is that it provides more support for your head.
That means you won’t fall off your bed.
If a bed is too soft, it can also create pressure on your brain.
“It�s a pressure that can cause brain damage, like the pressure in your skull that is created when you sit,” says Wanda Berenson, a clinical professor of trauma medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Berenson recommends that people sleep on soft mattresses, or on softer mattresses made of material that is softer.
The mattresses should be made of a soft material that won�d help your brain relax, so that you can fall asleep without falling.
But Berensons guidelines don�t apply to the pillow that most people use to sleep.
